Go figure, I was just chilling in Iraq. One of our rare moments where we were "off." Maybe that's why.
The fisherman was cool. We were on our way back to Jakarta from Krakatoa and pulled over for gas. I talked to the driver and said I wanted to take some pics. So I hopped out and walked. The group indulged me, some went with me. But I walk down an alley about 500 feet and then, I was in the middle of this small little fishing port. There were people on boats, women working stalls selling wares and such. It was very cool. So here comes the white guy with the big camera and I wasn't without a photo opportunity, haha. I actually had to get them to calm down so I could get pics like this one. I'll post some more from here in the future.
Has anyone tried the SPAD challenge? Self Portrait a Day for a year? I wanted to try it last year, but... I might try for my birthday in August and see how that goes.
Transfusion, not a problem! I kinda like the cropping actually. Might go back to that alley this summer and try for a similar pic.
