I hate diets but when i have a stricted diet to be on its.
Breakfast-- Egg whites and protein shake
lunch-- Tuna, a full can.
Dinner--Cereal then protein shake, Im telling you man those proteins shakes taste nasty, the mix does but for some reason when i add egg whites and peanut butter it taste so much better. If you know any OK tasting ones let me know.
