Cool thread. All great projects usually contain angst, stress and substantial conflict behind the scenes as the stakeholders all try to get their needs/desires met. Leadership is defined (by me) as the ability to successfully manage through these challenges and deliver a great product which meets the planned objectives (efficacy).
