I joined this forum recently as i've been looking for other <camaro> enthusiast like myself.

so here i go:

Hi, My name is Javier, and i'm a camaro addict. whew! glad i got that off my chest.

I've been admiring the musclecar era since 1985 when a friend of mine showed me his dad's car stored away in the garage - a 1972 MACH 1. What a thing of beauty. Then, in 1986, my former boss/landlord purchased a camaro 68 all beat up. He owns the body shop and slowly restored the car. I loved it.

I later bought a camaro 68 for $500 bucks but didn't have any more money to restore it so i threw it out. yep, just like that... i was young and naive at the time (about 18 years old)....

i met my (now) wife in 1992 and i told her one day i would own a 68 camaro....the rest is history...

Now, here i am today, enjoying this forum with all of you in discussing what appears to be a dream to me :tear rolling down: after all these years of wanting to go back - i'm now hoping for the future. A camaro 2008-09!!!
