No Doubt! LOL I actually used to do the yoga when I was doing the P90X about a year and a half ago, and your right, it is HELLA HARD! But I liked the dance pose where you hold your foot stretch back and hold...that felt good!

I still do that when I stretch..lol But Downward dog can bite me!

Standing 1-Arm Shoulder Press W/ kettlebell: 2x15 20 lbs 1x10 25 lbs.
Leg DExtentions: 20,15,12 reps 90,90,100 lbs.
Ball Crunches: 3x30 w/ 12 lb. ball
Tricep Bench Dip: 3x15 reps 35lbs.
Vertical leg raise: 3x15
Kettleball Calf Raise: 15,12,10 reps 30lbs.
Cardio: treadmill on an incline, 20 minutes
Workouts today:
3x
front lunges: 3x lbs. Dumbells 15,12,10 reps
Incline Dumbell Press: Dumbells 2x20,25 lbs. 15,12,10 reps
Kettle Bell Goblet Squat: 3x30 lbs. 20,15,10 reps
Dumbell side raise: 3x 12.5 lbs 10reps each
Leg extentions:90,100, 100 lbs. 20,15,10 reps
Ball Crunches: 3x15 10 lbs. each
Cable Tricep Extention Rope: 3x45 lbs. 12,10,8 reps
Vertical Leg raise: 3x15
Seated calf raise: 3x45lbs. 15,12,10 reps
Paramont Calf Raise: 3x140 lbs 15,12,10 reps
Cardio: Elliptimill, 25 min. I've also been walking my dog and doing sprints on the other 3 days I don't work out.....
She's a busy dog and really is a great running buddy!
