I've always worked out alone, I tried working out with a friend but she just wanted to talk and have a girl pow wow.....sometimes your better off working out by yourself, thats why I like the gym now....my workouts are tailor made for me and most people are there for the same reason. |

Yea, I like having someone to meet at the gym to help keep me accountable, but I don't really want to work out with them because it slows me down. I was stoked about this girl asking for help, but it has turned my workouts into being twice as long because I have to stop and show her every exercise and I don't seem to get as good of a workout. I'm still happy to help her though, but am honestly looking forward to her being on her own. Is that wrong?
I just finished yoga...I REALLY needed it!! I love how invigorated yet relaxed it makes me feel!
BTW, I am now (and have been for a while now) doing a modified P90X program. I don't have room in my living quarters to do P90X (I literally have just enough room for a bed and a small walkway...my closet at home is bigger than this room!!), so I have modified the program a little and have taken the routine to the gym.
