Went back to 3 day lifting this week. I like that MUCH better. I'm gonna throw in some extra cardio on Tues/Thurs this week.

I'm in the 8% BF range according to the little gizmo and can definitely tell I've slimmed down. Pants and stuff are very lose in the waist now. Some I can't even wear.

Incline dumbell hammer curl - 40/40/40 9/9/9
