Bonnie, you are the bomdiggity. I'm making some of your Mexican Chili right now and my taste tests tell me I'm gonna love this stuff. I eliminated the corn and one can of beans, and added a 16oz can of sliced black olives.
Oddly, I grabbed my cell phone at the store like I was gonna some how call you to see what "mexican diced tomatoes" were  I couldn't find them at the store so I just went with diced tomatoes with green chilles.
The good news is I'm pretty ripped. I'll see what the data shows tomorrow, but it may be time for me to go back in to maintenance.

Good choice with the tomatoes, you really can't go wrong, you can always buy the regular diced tomatoes and spice it up with cajun spice an chilli powder! Sounds like its gonna be great!

Well i've been staying with my diet and keeping up with all my circuit workouts 4 days a week, I also stepped up my cardio to 5 days a week adding sprints..Been at the diet and the extra cardio for almost 2 and a half weeks now...i figure I'll take progress pics in about a month to show some real results....can't wait!

I did take 2 pics though showing some progress in my biceps and lats: Remember I'm not a dude! lol Just interested in toning and a little mucle seperation!
