HUGE storms hit today. We were in the gym and the power went out on almost all the lights. It was kinda cool. I had my earphones in but it was storming like crazy outside...NICE. We needed the rain.
Leg Press....knocked out 6 reps with 14 plates on my 5th set....630lbs
Squat...knocked out 8 reps at 300lbs and one rep at 340lbs on my 5th set.
Most I've ever pushed. Moving on up!
