Another funny thing was today I was doing bi's and this big tall Navy guy was only curling 20 lbs. When he put the weights down, I went and picked them up and did more reps/sets than he did!!! Made me feel GREAT!!! GIRL POWER!!!!

Thanky you to you both! I try my best...but that doesn't mean I don't get tempted either..haha!
I just try to save it for a special occasion...and in moderation too...like for example..this Saturday...big party to go to!!!
