Outside of stickers and upgraded interiors, you have about 7 Mustang models..... V6, GT, Boss, "Mayhem", Dub Edition, California Special, Cobra....not to mention the Eco Boost V6 Mustang which is already been confirmed for either 2013/2014...

All of those models offer DIFFERENT physical equipment/body parts/performance etc...

and then of course you can add the Super Snake/Roush models...but in that instance, you can say the same for the Callaway/SLP model Camaros (i excluded verts since they can come in just about any one of these models...)

After all, look how Buick has gone off the rails since they stopped focusing on the tried and true 75+ demographic. They had a lock on that segment, but have now screwed it up.
There's a difference between offering options, and offering the entire catalog. The Mustang has also been around in virtually the same aspect for almost 8 years..... it should have a ton of options such as gears/suspension/etc...

The point I was making, and still am making, is that all Ford can do to compete with the Camaro right now is throw out more gimmicked up Mustangs. Instead of actually trying to combat the Camaro, they're just throwing a bandaid on it..
