Hey guys im asking this question for a friend of mine!! He has a 2001 Silverado with a 5.3 and wants to do either... 5.3 with LSX Intake and future Procharger or 5.3 with Magnacharger. He just bought that 5.3 with very low miles and already has headers, true dual exhaust w/ no cats, ASP under drive pulley, CAI, LS6 cam and 80mm throttle body. The intake is a LSX RT intake for trucks and has taller runners that looks like the SRT8's intakes, eventually wants to get around to do a procharger after a while. The intake is $1,000 + procharger (future) or should he just wait and do the magna charger?? He has $1,000 to spend now but not 5-6k for the magnacharger so he's going back and forth on it! What do u guys think? Also what do u guys recomend... electric fans or mechanical fan?? He tows once in a great while!!! (jet skies)
