Fairly peaceful. When asked about the lack of Wi-Fi and phone, the owner stated he needed those like he needed another hole in his head.

Great location to "get away from it all". The time spent away from my emails and cable news shows was really refreshing. The personalized courier service was a nice touch too. The best part was probably the free helicopter ride to the ocean.

A hidden gem! Not many people know about this place as it's a little off the beaten track, but ask the ISI travel agency if they have anything 'a little more upmarket' than the caves in Tora Bora, and you're laughing. The owner looks a little forbidding at first, but he's a nice chap when you get to know him. Scuba diving trips can be arranged on request.

Slightly higher specifications than you average Travel Lodge hotel, however staff didn't want to do anything about a rowdy party in the early hours that kept me awake. Turns out it was a group of uninvited Americans ( typical ! )

badly managed, rude staff, horrible continental breakfast, and dare I say it, a dirty hotel. The walls and doors are thin so you can hear the shot guns you get what you pay for
