With the death of Bin Laden comes the hope that someday soon the world may be a safer place, and that means exploring all of it to me. I've wanted to go to the middle east and north Africa for a while now, but it's not such a safe place to travel.
So I'm curious - what is the best vacation you've ever taken, or what is your dream vacation??
It's a toss up for me - I've now seen all 7 continents (though I need to go back and see a LOT more of Asia).
I'd say the best for me was either my safari in Botswana, or the trip to Antarctica. Both were amazing once-in-a-lifetime trips. Scenery and wildlife beyond belief...
