Yes power to weight ratio's come into play between the two but at the end of the day you can still dissect the two cars and analyze which one has a better engineered and better performing engine.
In this case I would say the two are tuned for two completely different jobs tho. Just look at the redlines, also im wondering what sort of dyno they used, those torque lines look really odd
