The 370Z has a lot of the traditional Nissan shape and style with the equally traditional Nissan size. It's good to see Nissan using tradition to guide its cars rather than what other Eastern companies have done by scrapping good cars for economy cars.
I respect Nissan for sticking to their roots, like you said, but I have to say I wouldn't drive a Z. I just personally prefer the Camaro, and I'm a pretty big guy, and every time I've sat in one I just couldn't get comfortable. Same reason I DESPISE my father's '06 Tiburon. Well, that and I'm pretty sure the seats are made of recycled vinyl tiles, it has more torque steer than torque, and my 4th gen handles better in the snow if I set the revs at 4k and dump the freakin' clutch.

But back to why I find the Z uncomfortable: It's small, and the steering wheel seems to far back. I pretty much have to eat my kneecaps in order to reach it.

And I know people make fun of American car interiors, but personally I like them. I like very simple interiors. Turn this knob to turn on the heat, turn this one to turn up the stereo, not "Well, press this button to activate the heat, then set the ideal temperature you'd like the cabin to be in each zone, the source of the air, what percentage of the heat should come from which vents, and the target output capacity of the flux capacitor."
