Today is my last day today to eat like and my diet starts tomorrow! (eating a buch of junk the last couple of days is mentally preparing me for tomorrow, kinda like getting it out of my system. lol

My diet foods will be:
Oatmeal and eggwhites in the morning, sweeten w/ stevia
Fish.....brown rice, mixed veggies
sweet potato and 4 oz. fish
fish and veggies (some days I will eat chicken breast or serlion steak) but mostly fish....my fav is talapia. so thats it for 3 months, can't wait for my results by end of July!

Suppiments w/ a mutivitamin

Workouts friday:



3x

DB Split squat: 20,20,20 lbs. 12,10,8 reps
Incline Dumbell Press: 20,20,25 lbs. 12,10,8 reps
Kettle Bell Goblet Squat: 40,40,40 lbs. 20,15,10 reps
Dumbell side raise: 3x 12.5 lbs 10reps each
Leg extentions:90,100,110 lbs. 20,15,10 reps
Ball Crunches: 3x30 12 lbs. each
Cable Tricep Extention Rope: 3x45 lbs. 12,10,8 reps
Vertical Leg raise: 3x15
Seated calf raise: 3x45lbs. 15,12,10 reps
Paramont Calf Raise: 3x140 lbs 15,12,10 reps

Cardio: Ellptical, 30 min.
