I find that English was one of the most pointless class I have ever taken in life. Write an essay about Hamlet; and papers about pointless subjects. This is why I am an Engineer Student. Another one like me . . .
We had to write an argumentative/persuasive essay on the value of the arts in grade 12. I picked grade 12 english as my specific topic. My point was that it was useless. My teacher told me that when she read it, she had never been so upset in her life and had to stop several times. I received an A on it because there weren't any faults that she could find with the writing.
After that, I went to university for engineering.
