A bit of advice on Dodge/Chrysler products, based on my experiences (owned a Dodge Stratus, two PT Cruisers, and best friend owns one of the Hemi Ram trucks)...Buy an extended warranty for the entire vehicle and don't mess with the powertrain so your lifetime warranty stays valid. None of my Dodge/Chrysler products held up to 100k miles without some major and expensive repairs needed. Almost lost an entire PT due to fire when there was a short in the multi-function stick (lights,wipers,turn signal).

Run as fast as you can to your dealer and cut a deal for the Chrysler extended warranty. I've had 3 of them and everyone paid for themselves (is that proper grammar) before 60,000 miles.
