I'm exactly the same way, but I'm a very firm believer in customers opinions. Owen seems to of made all his customers fall in love with him. Most of them even went as far to put a giant ARD sticker on their car. Robert (SSE 4 2SS) recommended I use his shop near Austin, but after seeing what happened to his turbos so soon after it left the shop made me look elsewhere.
Being that Owen had the fastest cars at C5F and didn't have a single thing on all his cars break makes me an instant believer.
