That would be awesome. It would still have all the power and sound of a high hp tire shredding musclecar. But, it would have an electric side that could run to save on gasoline. I'd take that.

Problem is, thats the least efficient way to make a hybrid. internal combustion is good for highways, electric is good for acceleration. The bottom line is, if you want the throaty roar of a V8 when you accelerate then a hybrid isn't the best option.
