Unfortunately, some Texans will never see this unless they take road trips, I45 From Huntsville to Galveston is still, and more then likely will stay 65... the least they could do is bump it up to 70... either just before or Just after Huntsville it jumps to 70, but not in the Woodlands/Conroe/Houston area.
