I know I'm missing things like cables and whatnot, but I have those pieces.

case, mouse, keyboard, cd-rom, wireless NIC, etc.

I haven't kept up on what's hot these days but I want to be able to run World of Warcraft again, and not with 0.4 fps. Can I get suggestions before I break down and buy these to assemble? My current computer was built by yours truly in Feb of '01.
