"TX legislature approved" sounds plural it's not. The house approved it and senate is
considering similar bill. One bill results after TxDot sends a report back and then after rewrite (reconciliation - term I should have used) in a special committee.... then both have to approve the same bill.

.....and....someday they will get around to doing it and changing the signs .....
