I got to laugh every time I see a Corvair. Last summer, me and my dad went to a car show and my mom decided to tag along (also kinda ironic there were a bunch of stores right next to it that she went to as soon as we got there)
. Well, we were walking around and she noticed a Corvair sitting there and goes "Hey, is that the engine in the trunk?".... I just say yup.... she goes "Why is there an engine in the trunk?".... I told her "Its a spare for when the one up front catches on fire"
. They are kinda cool though, I prefer the coupe over the sedan... but we saw an 8 door Corvair Greenbriar van last summer.... ever since then, me and my dad have wanted one. Just kinda cool in a "what the heck is that?!?!" sort of way
