Or at least something similar. I thought Bonuses were for a job well done. But then again we're supposed to teach all of our children to be proud of themselves. I was allways taught that in order to be proud of yourself you should accomplish something to be proud of.

Look, why can't they create a percentage of pay cut and start from the top down? ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. And then move on to the next problem.
