I don't have a dog in this hunt, as I do not own a Gen5 Camaro, modern Challenger or 2011+ Mustang, but from th eoutside looking in, it looks like members of both "clans" create more tension on this board that is needed.

Here's what I mean. This particular thread is an overall Mustang thread. The mods have even said they are using it to dump most of the topics concerning the Mustang into. That being the case, you still have members like ULTRAZS1 and Huggerorange73 (just to name the most recent) who KNOW this is a Mustang thread, but continue to come into it despite stating they are "tired of hearing" about the Mustang on a Camaro board. In fact, they usually use this thread to lobby the moderators to purge the site of Mustang owners they personally find offensive.

Fact is, this is a message board. Even if you get rid of the current members who "have nothing good to say about the Camaro and only seem to be here to talk up the Mustang", more people of the same mindset will find their way onto the board. Mod's know this, which is why I feel they try to keep a happy medium and allow dissenting opinion as long as it is not taken to far.

I am not aCamaro owner, but I still like to visit the site and learn more about the car and the general attitude of the people that do own them. I think that is true for most. What I just don't get is why some members who obviously have a distatse for the Mustang even come into a thread that is specifically noted as discussing that vehicle?
