Not only is torque instant. Most Electrically-driven cars have torque ratings of deisel proportions. Basically making a car/ or bike feel much, much faster than it really is. i.e. Tesla roadster: 0-60 in less than 4 seconds, but only a 125 mph top-speed.
I'd take it.
I've said it before, I'm excited for electric sports cars/bikes, the only thing I'm gonna miss is that loverly exaust note.
