Hell no

I dont cook so I was not about to learn simply to follow the book, here is my diet
Mon-Fri
Morning: yogurt and 2 fruits
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken ( mcdonalds or jack in box )
Dinner: peanuts/mixed nuts and another fruit
All day: water water water and oh yea water !!!!
Weekends
Whatever I want to eat !! but I keep the portions low, so if I get a burger ill be sure to get angus and ill ask for no mayo and ill throw one of the buns away and just eat it with one bun and of course my SMALL fries and SMALL drink
