I agree, but I feel great, I don't feel like I over train, I try to keep my cardio light on the days I don't do my 4 day a week circuits, usually a 2 mile walk with my dog. I think the suppliments I take help, which is fish oil, glutamine, and vitamin C, which is suppose to be great for muscle recovery. I also stand on my feet all day at work and have for years so I'm sure that helps too. thanks for the advice and glad your doing well also CFD!
