How do they make bail??
I don't get it. Don't they finger print these guys and check them out before release?
I got my car trailer stolen a few months back. The cops said they couldn't find it... I slip through the same intersections they had to drive through to get out of the area.... low and behold, I get a ticket because they have cameras on each corner. Cost me $75, but they can't seam to track a friggin 24' monster being towed by a gettomobile.
