DEA bust on the owner/shop. Seized along with probably all other assets there for whatever he/she/they were selling 'on the side'. Said assets will be sold off at auction just like impounded cars.
It's why you find jems once and a while at police auctions. However I bet somehow the agents may get first dibs on some of 'em for the bust rather than a raise. Hell I'd take anyone of the 1st gens over a raise any day.
