work outs on Demand
I have comcast cable so I can do work outs on demand along with my wii fit lol.
Yesterday got home & flipped it to the biggest loser work outs with Jullian micheals OH MAN never do that one again until I am in more shape lol.
I can barely get through the Cardo Max with Bob lol. But I am working out & I would like to be under 250 before reno comes around in August & be under 200 before Nov lol
