do some research before spewing garbage. look at what a fully loaded 5.0/SS come out to, you might be surprised.
and warranties dont always equate to quality products. you can buy a ton of things at autozone that have lifetime warranties but crap out year after year. Im sure gm makes fine engines and they have DO have a great warranty to go along with it (warranties help attract buyers as well) but that doesnt mean an engine with a shorter warranty is not built to similar standards and tolerances.
