Yeah thanks, I'm gonna not drink any milk for breakfast and try to drink more water, I was thinking about it and I think my water intake throught out the day could be better!

But by the 3rd circuit I'm pretty fried so.......I might need to start paying closer attention and get a heart monitor....I'm thinking I need to dring more water too.....todays circuit went great though!
