Wealth will always find its way back to the wealth producers. Obama doesn't have a clue, has never run some much as a hot-dog stand, but thinks he's qualified to spend a trillion dollars. Book smarts don't necessarily make you smart where it matters.

What we really need to do is pass the FairTax. It is the only tax plan that promotes growth, savings, and is truly fair. Plus it puts an end to the use of the tax code for social engineering.

Aside from that, it has been proven time and time again, lowering taxes = increased revenue. But what our government really needs to do is go on a huge diet and stop spending so damn much of our money.
