If you are serious about bulking up, Muscle Milk is ok..... but it has a high calorie content for the amount of protein you get. You would need a lower calorie protein drink to bulk up.
For us doing P90X Muscle Milk is good. Plus it tastes great

, while others aren't great tasting.
