Maybe, but the guy honsetly thought he could predict an earthquake, he kept bringing up some bs geothermal stats and repeating himself. He had no idea what he was talking about. Even if the conditions are perfect, it doesn't mean that there are any chances of it happening at all. Earthquakes are nothing like rain or tornadoes, or hurricanes, or even volcanic eruptions. It happens when it happens, and we have no way of telling when the next one is.
