Bonnie's aren't bad, the additional cladding makes them better than Grand Prix's. 3800's are good, the head gasket tends not to leak. That is all I can contribute regarding the Bonneville SE with the 3.8L engine. I can ask my cousin about them though, I think they had a couple Bonnie's before they got a G8
