ok...dude...stop trying to justify breaking the law, as miniscule as is might be in this case, but you are breaking the law. I really don't think this guy hates you, maybe he see the blatent disregard for authority because he has already cited you for the same offense, and is some what angry just the same as you. the first citation should have been you motivation to do something about the tint. the second citation was simply your fault because you didn't CHOOSE to remove it.
It all boils down to marijuana......legalize it don't legalize.....YOU DECIDE!!!!!!
