assuming that that is a legal reason to have the tints i think that you should go after the officer for harrasment and destruction of property. especially if you had the exemption to show him. Crooked cops are s sore spot for me at the moment as i am taking a speeding ticket to court because i was pulled over after being blocked by a semi truck and i was being passed in the outside lane. so....either the Semi truck should have gotten a commercial speeding ticket (several hundred dollars) or the cars in the outside lane should have gotten tickets for doing even faster than i was. But instead the Jerk is rude and writes the ticket up for faster than he told me i was going when he first talked to me. ....
