As for the Avalanche vs. Ridgeline debate...

Well, the Honda is only about 60% the size of the Chevy. When not in 4-wheel drive, the Chevy is rear wheel drive....the Honda is front wheel drive when it isn't all-wheel drive. The Chevy doesn't "top out" with a little V-6, rather a good old American V-8. When you need to, the Chevy could tow almost anything and can get through some really muddy stuff....the Honda, not so much.

Oh, and probably the most important difference....the Avalanche is AMERICAN MADE.

Love it or hate it, the Chevy is not the same as the Honda.
