You are correct Emma. Right now I have a lawyer checking my legal options to see what my rights actually are before I do anything. Once I take my truck I will have to have set in motion what I am going to do legally by either trying to sue him for breach, putting a lein on his business.
I can either sure him for failure to perform or breach of contract from what I am being told, but we all know how lawyers are so I really have to make sure of what I am being told at this point.
One thing I know for sure is my sanity is not worth this, cause bad thoughts are creeping into my head and that ain't good

The other problem with this situation is finding another shop to finish this who knows where they will be and what that will cost in the end. Most people do not want to take over something in the middle or near the end.
I guess at this point I am just looking over my options to see what I can do, but to say that I am frustrated, aggravated and really just pissed off would be putting it lightly.
