You can't refer to them as ricers and then call them American.
I was born in Germany 38 yrs ago, but I'm not German. My roots are American and so I am.
I am also Irish and Native American. When asked what Nationality I am, I say Irish. Mainly because I don't look indian at all. My brother on the other hand took all of our fathers characteristics. When he's asked, he says Sioux Indian.
The point being, You can still tell a distinct difference bewtween the foreign and domestic autos. And they still have a base origine or roots. You're usually refered to as is your outward appearance and common knowledge.
