I also would not have given them any money.....Didn't Chrysler corporate say they'd back you on this one? Didn't you call them back?
I would have let this play out and not pay them........
How did they threaten you to make you write the check?
I understand "doing the right thing", but they shoud have done the right thing with you first.
I still don't understand how you've had the new car for 4-6 weeks and this is just coming to light now.
