As for Jr.; Granted, both parties, Jr., and Theresa, are partially to blame for the situation at DEI. (And I prefer not to get into all of that again.) That being said, IMO, Jr. should have remained at DEI, he and Theresa should have found a way to work out their differences, and IMO, it would have meant ALOT more to give DEI, a team his father built with Theresa's help, their first championship, versus, jumping ship.

As for Sr.; Yes. There were times he was a little "arrogant", but man, when you saw him do things on the track that 99% of the other drivers wouldn't even consider doing, and he pulled them off just about every time, you couldn't help but respect him. And yes, he made alot drivers mad quite often, but they all respected him.
