The vid card is how ever decent I think GeForce GTS 8800 512, but I have only 4 gb of RAM and 3.2 is usable... game stutters real bad when loading at beginning of new round. My buddy actually had the same exact issue you are describing. In large part, the 32 bit operating system on a 64 bit processor is your issue. I'd highly recommend upgrading to a 64 bit operating system (Windows 7 runs nice and I've yet to see it freeze and crash on me). Did the same for my buddy, got him up and running on Windows 7 64 bit and his issues went away, and he had 4 GBs of RAM as well.
