It does affect me. Those trucks with bumpers at my eye-level are frightening. I do not want to see one of those trucks going through a red light coming toward me.
Maybe there are some machine gun enthusiasts who feel they have a right to mount M60s on their hood ala "Death Race" - I would oppose their "right" to endanger me on the road also.
