I'm not suggesting that saying "GM" should be banned, I'm just saying at least half of you should be saying "Chevy this" or "Chevrolet that" instead of near 100% of you saying "GM this" and "GM that". It's like referring to "Charlie Sheen" by saying "Martin Sheen's son did this" and "Martin Sheen's son is saying that" - which is technically correct, but not respectful of the individual.
Is Chevrolet the same as Buick is the same as Cadillac is the same as GMC? No - they are separate individuals who deserve separate love. Can you feel the love folks?
