I am building an AR as close to an M4 as possible. I have been looking for awhile and came across this for an upper.

What do you all think? Keep in mind I am a lefty shooter.
If you know of one cheaper let me know, but I need a 5.56 chamber, 1:7 twist and a chrome lined chamber/barrel as well as a feed ramp.
Also are there any good lowers for lefties/ ambidextrous shooters that would go with this rifle? I want to have a nice magpul stock, so without a stock is a big plus.
